Michelle Tan

Litigation Executive

Michelle studied Law at the University of Kent, graduating in 2022 with a First Class Honours Degree. She joined Girlings Personal Injury Claims that year as a Legal Secretary, assisting with Clinical Negligence claims, before becoming a Litigation Assistant in 2025 providing support to both the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence teams.

She became a Litigation Executive in 2026. She is also currently studying her Master’s Degree in Legal Practice part-time alongside employment and aims to complete her SQE exams to become a qualified solicitor in 2027.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys archery, yoga, travelling and adventure, but also cosy nights in. As well as English, she also speaks Mandarin, Cantonese, and Hokkien.
