Steevi Henderson

Partner

Steevi is a Partner specialising in medical negligence claims.

She obtained a Distinction in her LPC which she studied on a part time basis at BPP in London whilst working full time at another local firm.

She had approximately 5 years’ experience in dealing with Claimant medical negligence claims before qualifying in April 2017.

Steevi has experience in numerous types of medical claims from surgical errors to catastrophic brain injury claims. She has a particular interest in fatal accident claims, pressure sore cases, cases involving injuries to children and claims where the victim has committed suicide as a result of failings of the mental health trust involved.

Her clients have described her as friendly, reassuring, empathic and always prepared to go that extra mile.

Outside of work Steevi is also the Honorary Secretary for the Kent Law Society and co-chair of her local schools PTFA.
